María Sicilia is Head of Electricity Systems and Markets at the International Energy Agency (IEA). She also serves as an independent advisor in leading Spanish listed companies such as Soltec Power Holdings and Tubos Reunidos Group. Member of the Scientific Council of the Elcano Royal Institute.
