Jorge Alvar Ezquerra

Jorge Alvar Ezquerra is a Full Member of the Royal National Academy of Medicine of Spain and Head of Area at the National Centre for Tropical Medicine of the Carlos III Health Institute (ISCII).

From 2013 to 2020 he was Head of the Leishmaniasis Programme and Senior Adviser at the Drugs for Neglected Diseases initiative (DNDi).
